Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After loading a User HDL file with the DELETE Method with intent to delete an orphaned User Account, which has no associated Person Account, the file load successfully and after running the "Send Pending LDAP Requests" ESS Job, the User Account is still present within the Fusion HCM Users or PER_USERS database table.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The process followed above should delete the User Account referenced within the User HDL file

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Load a User HDL file with the DELETE Method with intent to delete an orphaned User Account, which has no associated Person Account, successfully
  2. Run the "Send Pending LDAP Request" ESS job
  3. Confirm that the User Account is still present on the Fusion HCM Users or PER_USERS database table
