ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

tsf_reserved_qty is being updated to negative during docclose program execution.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
tsf_reserved_qty should not updated to negative during docclose program execution.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Transfer created with 5 units for sample item
2. Shipment posted for 2 units
3. Cancellation posted for 3 units
4. Executed docclose program
