Goal

Why is there a warning icon next to the instructor or classroom name when setting up an Instructor-Led Activity?

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to My Client Groups->Learning->Courses
  2. Search for any course with an Instructor-Led (ILT) Offering
  3. Access the Offerings menu and then access the Offering item
  4. Click on the Edit button and access the Activities tab
  5. Notice that a yellow warning icon is displayed for the Instructor or Classroom or for both
