Goal

Why Employee Gets Warning Message Instead of Error For The Concurrent Absences?

- For the Absence Type "X1", the Concurrency for Employee is Not enabled and for Admin it is Enabled.
- Absence Type "X2" the Concurrency for Employee is Not enabled and for Admin it is Enabled.

- Now Admin submitted absence type "X1" on 14th June 2022.
- Employee try to submit the absence type "X2" on 14th June 2022 it shows warning message Instead or Error Message
