APEX Redirecting to Another URL After Migration (Using SSO Authentication and HTTPS) (Doc ID 2894114.1)

Symptoms

• Using SSO authentication
• Copied DB to another server and installed APEX / ORDS there. Migrated APEX apps. This a different environment, so it should use a different URL
• When attempting to access APEX / ORDS in the new instance, users get redirected to the old URL
• Issue reproduces in several browsers (Chrome, Edge)
• The APEX Administration environment is reachable  --  Issue occurs at application-level only
• Issue occurs only with one application
