Symptoms

Compute instance is losing access on OCI platform image:Canonical-Ubuntu-22.04-2022.06.16-0

All Ubuntu-22.04 images were tried and failed

Package# apt install -y libsdl2-dev was installed and working fine on OCI platform image: Ubuntu-20.04-2022.07.15-0
