Transfer report does not show data for line items and shipment details.
Steps To Recreate:
1. login to EICS
2. navigate to reports functions from main menu
3. select Transfer report as type. Click download report
4. report does not show data for line items and shipment details
5. try again for another transfer id with different status- completed transfer status, in shipping status
6. still, report does not show data for line items and shipment details.
