Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After updating element to add skip rule, the related fast formulas are in "Not Compiled" status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After updating element to add skip rule, the related fast formulas should not change.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. My Client Groups -> Quick Links -> Show More -> Search and Update element to add skip rule.
2. Some of the related fast formulas are not in compiled status.
