'Unifier Notification! - The System Could Not Process Your Request..." Pop-Up Warning Window Received on Clicking Company's Org Tab and Project Templates. (Doc ID 2894669.1)

Symptoms

When the company's Org tab is clicked or when accessing any Project Templates under Company Workspace, the following warning pops up.  After clicking OK in the pop-up window, the Dashboard for the Project Template does not display any information.

Unifier Notification!
The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier as an Administrator.
  2. In Admin Mode, click on the company's Org tab.  Observe the reported warning.
  3. Navigate to Company Workspace > Templates > Shells > Projects > (choose any project).  Observe the reported warning.
  4. Clicking OK closes the pop-up window, however the Dashboard does not display any information.
