ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

"Calculation Default Values" section is not visible on the Payroll Definition page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

"Calculation Default Values" should be visible on the Payroll Definition page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups -> Show More -> Payroll Definitions -> Search and edit a US payroll.
2. "Calculation Default Values" section is not visible on the Payroll Definition page.
