SIOCS Is Translating The RMS Country Codes During Foundation Data Seeding (Doc ID 2894867.1)

Goal

SIOCS is translating the RMS Country Codes during Foundation Data Seeding. In RMS we canhave 2 or 3 character codes in the COUNTRY table. However, when importing ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY & ADDR.COUNTRY_ID, SIOCS converts them to a different code.

For example, in RMS we have "KWT" = Kuwait country, but when seeded it appears in SIOCS as "KW". Similarly, ARE (UAE) gets changed to (AE), and so on.

But this is not consistent with the integration which when an Item gets created, will apply the code coming from RMS without conversion (so using 3 chars code).
