Click On End User Account Drop Down Issue

Symptoms
On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Opportunities
The issue is from opportunity revenue line when try to select a value for the DCL field 'Test Product' , the picker opens up with a prepopulate value for the DCL , 'End User Account' .
This value is the value of End User account field in Opty revenue. In the picker if we want to change the value of 'End User Account' to search for other Assets, on clicking the drop down nothing happens.
