On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Customer Billing (Transactions)

Not Able to create a Invoice for one customer.

This is the first time creating an invoice for this customer as this is a new customer:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create Transactions --> Enter Business Unit , Source, Transaction Type, Customer, Credit Memo, Quantity and Amount. Click Complete and Review. see error.
