Symptoms

Scheduled process "Enroll in Default Benefits" failing with the below error as part of the Evaluate Life Events Participation process.

The errors are occurring for every employee who has recently been converted.

BEN_OVERLAP_ELEMENT_ENTRY: There was a problem saving the elections because another enrollment exists in the same element that this enrollment uses.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Benefits Administration > Evaluation and Reporting.
2. Submit the Evaluate Life Event Participation process for one impacted employee.
See that the Enroll in Default Benefits process fails.
