VBS build job fails when selecting "Optimize Application" with error:

Running "requirejs:<WEBAPP>" (requirejs) task
Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/<PATH>/<DEPENDENCY_PATHS>/<FILE>.js'

If "Optimize Application" option is not selected, the build completes successfully.
