Goal

Custom Fixed Assets role has the following related privileges:

Create Mass Fixed Asset Transfers
Run Transfer Asset to Oracle Fusion Assets Process
Search Mass Fixed Asset Transfer
Submit Fixed Asset Transfers Report
Submit Mass Fixed Asset Transfer
Transfer Fixed Asset
Transfer Fixed Asset Reserve

Transfer Assets is not available in the UI for the user with the custom FA role.
