Error Running UDR in Excel or HTML Format: The System Could Not Process Your Request (Doc ID 2895686.1)

When running a User Defined Report (UDR) in Excel or HTML, the following error is generated:

The system could not process your request.
Logging in again may help in some cases.
Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier
  2. Navigate to the UDR
  3. Run the Report as CSV
  4. Notice that it works correctly
  5. Run as HTML
  6. Notice the error
  7. Run as Excel
  8. Notice the error
