ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Vacation Rule not working to Delegate Tasks.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Log in as a user A to enable the vacation period
2. Go to Bell Icon, Show All, and Worklist
3. Go to User > Preferences
4. Enable and set vacation period, setting delegation to user B
5. Save
• No notification is sent to either user A or user B
• BPM Worklist shows no assignee and outcome of ‘System Update’
• Transaction Console does not show transaction failed, but shows there is no assignee for notification
