Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Other Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When calling the getDocumentsForFilePrefix ERP service using SOAP UI for an xml file generated by a BI report and imported manually (import screen) to UCM, the service does return the expected response with the file content. But when the same file is created via BI Scheduler, the call for the getDocumentsForFilePrefix ERP service using SOAP doe snot fail or error out, but the response seems incomplete.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The response should be the same, no matter how the xml file was located in UCM

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When uploading manually to UCM an XML file result of a BI report and then using the getDocumentsForFilePrefix using SOAP, the file is correctly returned in the response
- Take the xml generated by the BI scheduler
- Go to Import/export screen and upload it to UCM
- Use SOAP IU and call use the getDocumentsForFilePrefix as below:

<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:typ="http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/financials/commonModules/shared/model/erpIntegrationService/types/">
<soapenv:Header/>
<soapenv:Body>
<typ:getDocumentsForFilePrefix>
<typ:prefix>PODataManual.xml</typ:prefix>
<typ:account>fin$/assets$/import$</typ:account>
<typ:comments></typ:comments>
</typ:getDocumentsForFilePrefix>
</soapenv:Body>
</soapenv:Envelope>

- The response is correct

 <env:Envelope xmlns:env="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:wsa="http://www.w3.org/2005/08/addressing">
<env:Header>
<wsa:Action>http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/financials/commonModules/shared/model/erpIntegrationService/ErpIntegrationService/getDocumentsForFilePrefixResponse</wsa:Action>

<ns0:Content>
<xop:Include href="cid:01ab2208-f4ce-42ab-....." xmlns:xop="http://www.w3.org/2004/08/xop/include"/>
</ns0:Content>
<ns0:FileName xsi:nil="true"/>
<ns0:ContentType xsi:nil="true"/>
<ns0:DocumentTitle>PODataManual.xml</ns0:DocumentTitle>

<ns0:DocumentSecurityGroup>FAFusionImportExport</ns0:DocumentSecurityGroup>
<ns0:DocumentAccount>fin$/assets$/import$</ns0:DocumentAccount>
<ns0:DocumentName>PODataManual.xml</ns0:DocumentName>
<ns0:DocumentId>48162779</ns0:DocumentId>
</ns2:result>
</ns0:getDocumentsForFilePrefixResponse>
</env:Body>
</env:Envelope>

 The response comes with one Attachment that the user is able to open (what the Include returned as the file name: 001ab2208-f4ce-42ab-.....)

The response comes with one Attachment that the user is able to open (what the Include returned as the file name: 01ab2208-f4ce-42ab-a58a-2de5efd4cb0b)

2. Now use the same XML file that the BI scheduler generated and is located in UCM :
- Request
<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:typ="http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/financials/commonModules/shared/model/erpIntegrationService/types/">
<soapenv:Header/>
<soapenv:Body>
<typ:getDocumentsForFilePrefix>
<typ:prefix>PodataRPT.xml</typ:prefix>
<typ:account>fin$/assets$/import$</typ:account>
<typ:comments></typ:comments>
</typ:getDocumentsForFilePrefix>
</soapenv:Body>
</soapenv:Envelope>

 - The response show 200 OK but the response is not the same as the one for the test above:

<env:Envelope xmlns:env="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:wsa="http://www.w3.org/2005/08/addressing">
<env:Header>
<wsa:Action>http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/financials/commonModules/shared/model/erpIntegrationService/ErpIntegrationService/getDocumentsForFilePrefixResponse</wsa:Action>

</env:Header>
<env:Body>
<ns0:getDocumentsForFilePrefixResponse xmlns:ns0="http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/financials/commonModules/shared/model/erpIntegrationService/types/"/>
</env:Body>
</env:Envelope>
