Unable to activate OIC Integrations that use the JMS Adapter - Error while fetching JMS Destination's details. (Doc ID 2895933.1)

Symptoms

It is not possible to activate OIC Integrations that use the JMS Adapter to publish/subscribe to SOACS JMS Topics or Queues.

eg. Activating integrations that subscribe to JMS topics on a SOACS environment fails with:

CASDK-0005: A connector specific exception was raised by the application.
Caused by:
oracle.tip.tools.ide.adapters.cloud.api.plugin.CloudApplicationAdapterException:
Error while fetching JMS Destination's details.
Please check the if destination is properly configured and JMS Server is up and running.
