"Launch Store As Customer" in Agent results in "unauthorized_client" Error. (Doc ID 2895991.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT

When the Agent user clicks on the "Launch store as customer" button in the Agent Customer Details page in the agent console, it is resulting in the following error. 


STEPS TO REPLICATE

1. Log in to Agent Console - https://TENANTID-admin.occa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/occs-agent
2. Navigate to Agent Customer Dashboard.
3. Search for any Profile and open the Profile.  
4. On the user details page, please click on "Launch store as customer".
5. The above UI error is displayed at the top of the page.
