On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Cost Management
While attempting to Create Miscellaneous Receipt with current cost option as YES with Average Costing method
ERROR

Customer is using average costing method. User is entering the Miscellaneous Receipt transaction without cost first time for the item when miscellaneous receipt is done. Where User is using "Yes" as Use current item cost feature but does not enter any cost for item. Item is costed in cost management even though there is no cost available And distribution also can be visible for the Zero cost item.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Inventory Module
2. Create Miscellaneous Receipt with option use current cost
3. Execute Transfer Transactions from Inventory costing
4. Execute Create Cost Accounting Distributions (Costing Method : Average)
