Symptoms

Re-opened Store-Day auto closed in the following batch run.

Step to reproduce:
==============
1) Open a Store-Day
2) Receive a few transactions with the last one being a DCLOSE
3) Re-open Store-Day in the UI
4) Run saimptlogi and saimptlogfin without RTLOGs
5) Store-Day should be incorrectly closed.
