When running some User Defined Reports (UDR) via a "getUDRData" web service call from a SOAP client, some "Amount" fields are being rounded to the nearest dollar (Example: $100) instead of displaying the cents to two decimal places (Example: $99.56).

The UDR results in SOAP results should display amounts to two decimal places.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Configure a SOAP client to run "getUDRData" web service calls.
- The report results are displaying all "Amounts" in whole numbers and are not displaying to two decimal places for for the "cents" value.
