Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Employees can see options they are not eligible for in Manage Compensation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect hat employees should only see options to which they are eligible.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Me > Manage Personal Contributions (as an employee).
2. Click the +Add button.
3. Select the ICP plan in question.
Here the drop down shows two options.
Employee should only be eligible for one based on eligibility profiles associated with the options.
