Symptoms

When accessing the history tab within PIM - Manage Items UI, no "Old Values" populate in the output.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When the item is updated, the old values should display

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Item
2. Turn on Auditing for the item attributes
3. Update the Item and see that no Old Values are updated
