Symptoms
The system generates an error message when the admin attempts to submit an absence record for the employee under the Absence Type. The error message pertains to an absence type which is not the same absence type requested.

You can't record this absence because of an error in a future absence. (ANC-3405387)
This person isn't enrolled in or eligible for any absence plan for the absence of <ABSENCE_TYPE_NAME> absence type that starts on <Future start date>.

Steps to reproduce
---------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) The admin went to Absence Records from Person Mgmt
2) The admin clicked Add Absence
3) Submitted the absence
4) Error message thrown
