Symptoms

Issue occurs post provisioning of OCI market place image of JRF enabled weblogic 12.2.1.4 instance without Load balancer and IDCS enabled .

Log in to EM console gives "/em/faces/helppages/errorPage.jspx" page after entering credentials .
