Goal

On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Global Human Resources

After filling the "When and Why" section from Resignation page, the employee is allowed to directly submit the transaction, without clicking on "Continue". 

Why the employee is able to surpass the Exit Interview without filling the mandatory DFF fields from the "Enter Resignation Info" section?
