Why are Detail Page Access With different paths when it should only be restricted to one path? (Doc ID 2896347.1)

Symptoms

On : NA version, Sites Cloud Service

We have replicated the News component in Offers to create a new section with detail pages, but when we open an Offers detail page, it could be accessed with /news and /offers when it can only be accessible through /offers just as how news is only accessible through /news.
