Only the License/Certificate Field is Populated and other Fields Are Empty When Printing the Talent Profile from "Skills and Qualifications"

Symptoms
When an employee goes to:
- Me/Career and Performance/Skills and Qualifications
- Go to Action/Print
It can be seen that no fields are populated in the print output except for "License/Certification"
Similarly if the talent admin looks at the profile from:
- My client groups/Person Management/search for person/Talent Profile
- Go to Action/Print
or
- Me/directory/search for the person
- Click on show more (on left hand side)
- Click on Skills and Qualifications
- Go to Action/Print
the same behaviour is seen that no fields are populated in the print output except for "License/Certification"
The print output shows the Section name (eg. Test Licenses and Certifications) and under here the following values are seen:
- License/Certification: This is populated with the profile item name (eg. Test Fusion License)
- Expiration date: <this field is empty>
- Issued by: <this field is empty>
- License Number: <this field is empty>
On the preceding scree ("Skills and Qualifications") data is populated, but the fields are different - eg.
- Issue Date: populated
- Source: populated (eg. Talent Profile)
- Last updated date: populated.
