Goal
Location LOV is not finding locations in transfer create screen.
Transfer creation screen is not selecting the location when transfer entity is assigned to cross set of books.
A location is assigned transfer entity 10001 and US set of books and another location is assigned transfer entity 10001 and CA set of books
Transfer creation: the to location LOV is not picking up the location with transfer entity 10001 and CA set of books.
Steps To Recreate:
1. Assign US store to US transfer entity and US set of books
2. Assign CA store to US transfer entity and CA set of books
3. In Create transfer screen
4. Select MR transfer type
5. Select US store as from location
6. Select CA store as to location
7. CA store is not finding it in to location LOV
