When Changing The Service Request Status Why Is Not Automatically Getting Assigned To A Queue? (Doc ID 2896454.1)

Service Request assignment rules are created to assign a service request to a queue when the SR status is changed to ABC.
However, when a service request is changed to this status the SR is not assigned to a queue.

Why does the SR get assigned to a queue when other status are selected but not when when the status is ABC?
