Symptoms

While trying to reconfigure another API Platform CS instance from OIC, error is received instead of configuration page.
Navigation Path: Home > Settings > Integrations > API Management in the navigation pane of OIC

Error:
Not able to retrieve API Gateway or platform settings. You can reset to configure the details.
API Gateway settings deletion failed.
API Platform Cloud Service not found.
