Auto Populate Not Working on a Particular Field When Line Item Grouping Is Used (Doc ID 2896582.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Auto Population not working for a particular field


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Auto Population should work for all fields

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier
  2. Create a new record
  3. Fill in the mandatory fields and SAVE
  4. Send the workflow to next step
  5. Then Integration will pick this Record
  6. Once it picks, Record will be auto created
  7. Check the record,
  8. Notice that only one field is not getting auto populated. Remaining all fields are getting auto populated.
