Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer has one seniority formula setup at the job level .
When hardcoding the formula with 10 for example, in the log it is showing correctly
SENIORITY_ADJUST_IN_DAYS ----- -10

But in UI is adding -10 for each assignment update ie -10 -20 -30
