Add Asset Screen Clears and Goes Back to Beginning (Doc ID 2896671.1)

When creating an asset manually in the UI under Tasks, and searching for an asset category combination or location, the screen suddenly quits before the user is able to complete the transaction.

Users should be able to search the for these at time of creating the manual assets.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Assets,  From Tasks, select Add Asset
2. Change book in the pop up and enter criteria
3.  At Category or Location when attempting search form stops and closes
