RPCS Running Slow/Spinning When Doing Price Inquiries. (Doc ID 2896795.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.3 version, OTHER

When attempting to check on the price of an item using the price inquiry screen, the screen does not return data
and the following error is seen in the logs



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Login into RPCS
  2. Navigate to task > Price > Price enquiry
  3. Give item number and Date and click on search
  4. It is going for a Spin for long time.
