On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Chat

Users do not receive desktop notifications in Chrome

The customer has enabled browser and desktop notifications for their users, but they do not receive the desktop notification when using Chrome. However, the desktop notification is being sent when the users are using the Edge browser.
