DBCS Setting default tablespace type is not working in one node (Doc ID 2896908.1)

Customer wanted to have Default tablespace type as Big tablespace,

So executed "ALTER DATABASE SET DEFAULT BIGFILE TABLESPACE;"

But Tablespaces created from node 2 were created as SMALLFILE Tablespace
