Multiple Items in DCA is failing with the error "Supplier information is required for this item"
The status of the items are "Approved" and Orderable_Ind = 'N' .
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load DC_ITEM.zip into DCA
2. Items failed in Business validation
3.Receives the error: "Supplier information is required for this item"

Due to this issue, users cannot complete the data conversion
