Cannot Create a new Lease Contract in French with Accounting Classification Exempt (Doc ID 2897206.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a lease contract in French with the 'Exempt' accounting classification and click on Save and continue, nothing happens.
However, if the same process is attempted in English the other windows open and the lease contract is able to be completed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new lease in French with accounting classification “Exonéré” (Exempt)
2. Click Save and Continue, nothing happens.
