SAEXPGL not posting late transactions in the current period after EOM

Here is the scenario.
  1. send the totals to GL for one store day,
  2. do end of month in RMS close the month
  3. reopen the store day
  4. try to process totals and send to GL again
After processing the transaction, the accounting date is still on the store day business date
