Scheduled Calculation Completed But Did Not Process the Transactions

Symptoms
Calculation is scheduled to run every Friday and for the run today (process id: 2041106) it did not calculate earnings.
If resubmit calculation individually (process id : 2065309) then able to see the expected results.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Manage Calculation Process > Create
Date Range : 01-JUN-2022 to 31-AUG-2022
Schedule :
Run = Using a schedule
Frequency = Weekly
Time Between Runs : 1
