discrepancy resolution screen is empty when trying to resolve multiple discrepancies in the discrepancy review list search result

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. ensure you have multiple invoices with cost discrepancies
2. go to the discrepancy review list
3. search for the invoices
4. select 2 invoices and click the button 'Resolve'
5. the discrepancy resolution screen pops up but is empty
