Symptoms

The Tax Code and Tax Rate are empty in the UI at invoice line level.
Tax Code and Tax Rate seem to be properly calculated at invoice header and tax breakdown level.

 
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a merchandise invoice
2. add an item to the invoice
3. once the item is added, notice the 'Tax Code' and 'Tax Rate' are empty in the invoice lines tab.
