Goal

Why DBI HWM_PUB_HOLIDAY_DATE_SOURCE is not returning the PH count on weekends?

Using the dbi HWM_PUB_HOLIDAY_DATE_SOURCE to fetch the PH on weekends, but for some employees this dbi is not returning the value.
