Applications are not showing as loaded in VBCS screen (Doc ID 2897559.1)

VBCS Version: 22.10.0,

Unable to access the VBCS applications. When logging into VBCS My Services Page and clicking "Open Visual Builder Homepage" it loads the page but while clicking "Show apps I have access to" it will not load. It is noted that it is still an issue even after restart of VBCS and clearing cache.
