Lease Amortization Schedule Shows Only One Payment Line for Lease Created from FBDI (Doc ID 2897691.1)

Symptoms

When a lease is being created through FBDI spreadsheet, the Amortization Schedule only showing 1 payment line.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Populate FBDI Fixed Asset Lease Import spreadsheet
2. Generate the zipped CSV files
3. Run the "Load Interface File for Import" job to load the zip
4. Run the "Import Asset Leases" process to Post the leases.
5. Go to Manage Leases, access the lease and click on the Amortization Schedule button.
