On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Global Payroll
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When there is no other reportable data, Student Loan overrides processed are not picked up for FPS processing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If Student Loan/Postgraduate Student Loan (SL) deduction PTD <>0 include the respective record as reportable in FPS even though Gross Pay, Net Pay, Taxable, PAYE, NIable PTD are zero.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add SL/PGSL override and process payroll for the employee
2. Run FPS for TYE 20XX
